Notes From 3M Innovation Forum

I had the opportunity to sit in on a 3M in-house Innovation Forum about 3 months back. It was a great insight to the organization, culture and innovative challenges. It was good to hear how difficult it can be to maintain an innovative culture and how easily one can lose it.
Below are some of the graphic recordings of the session;

So, my takeaway from the session was put into a report which I am unable to reproduce in entirety. However, here are some of the summary images which garnished the report for clarity.
