I’ve been watching a few “How to eat/do something properly” videos and what i realise is that we are brought up to do one thing in a particular way and to change our ways are pretty hard.
The eating apple is a real interesting eye opener. We often eat from the sides and stop when we reach the apple core. But if we eat the apple from the top or bottom, there really is no core. This really is looking at something differently yo see new perspectives altogether.
So what other perspective change could you have?
