According to their research, by far the most important team dynamic is psychological safety – the ability to be bold and take risks without worrying that your team members will judge you.
It is important to have a leader or facilitator to hold a space which lets team members feel safe. Even among the team members, they need to build the container of trust. Within which, the space and capacity to work effectively and without fear of criticism and judgement.
