Common Company Cultures

Common company cultures are usually created unintentionally and are not by design. While some may be a deliberate social engineering, it is often hard for anyone to fit. It takes a match to know if one fits into a culture, and that is one important factor when choosing where and who to work with. Company culture also affects the way change, innovation, success and people are addressed.
